The new Microsoft Windows 10 Creators update will occur this fall and there are new PDF features that will be available. You will be able to fill in PDF-based forms within Microsoft Edge, make notes directly on PDFs, navigate longer PDFs with the Table of Contents feature and even rotate documents for easier reading.
Microsoft is putting a priority on their Edge browser being your number one e-book reader and PDF viewer. The company first unveiled the new browser based system in the Creators Update a few months ago, around the same time the Windows 10 bookstore was launched.
