Barnes and Noble and Target have just made a deal that puts the Nook Simple Touch, Nook Color and all the accessories for the devices in all locations Nationwide today.
Barnes and Noble has been busy over the course of the last year putting their e-readers in as many retail settings as possible to gain more visibility with customers. The largest bookstore chain in the USA currently has their devices peddled at Best Buy, Books-A-Million, Fred Meyer, Office Max, P.C. Richard, Radio Shack, Staples, Walmart and now Target.
