Hotel Indigo in the United Kingdom will stock all 148 rooms with a Kindle e-Reader. The company has decided to offer the bible in different languages and give you a purely digital experience. Hotel patrons also have the unique ability to download a copy of any other religious text – to the value of £5 or less – during their stay. Regular fiction books can also be purchased, with the costs added to guests’ bills. Indigo plans on testing this new digital format at one hotel to start and, if it builds momentum, will spread out to all 44 hotels around the around.
