The Kobo Aura HD has a street date of April 25 – April 29th, depending on who you talk to. We have a number of confirmed reports that some units have been shipped early, and a number of customers all over Canada have already received their new e-readers. Kobo ships all of its devices from Mississauga, Ontario and many people in that Province have received them first. We also have reports that customers in the United Kingdom have started receiving their tracking information on Friday, but it seems its only from orders placed at WH Smith.
The Kobo Aura HD is the first 6.8 inch e-reader in the world and it also carries the highest resolution screen in the business. The front-lit display, in conjunction with the supremely excellent font augmentation options, make this a viable investment for newbie and advanced users alike.
