Amazon has just released a new way to send personal documents and other files to your Kindle, directly from your PC. This is a new application that the company has developed and gives you new options when you are looking at documents in Windows Explorer. You can use the new “Send to Kindle” feature that sends your docs to the cloud and will fall under your “Archive” area of your Kindle, Kindle Fire, or any official Kindle app. Also, your last page read along with bookmarks, notes and highlights are automatically synchronized for your documents.
“Send to Kindle” is available for free download at www.amazon.com/sendtokindle. Support for Mac is coming soon. As always, you and your friends can continue to send documents to your Kindle by e-mailing them to your Send-to-Kindle E-mail address. Learn more by visiting www.amazon.com/kindlepersonaldocuments.
