Amazon announced a three day $20 discount on their modern line of Kindle e-readers and it looks like Staples has followed suit. The big box retailer is offering the Kindle Basic Touch, which normally retails for $79, is now on sale for $59. The Kindle Paperwhite 3 normally costs $119 and is now on sale for $99.
One of the benefits about ordering the Kindle from Staples is that you can pick up the e-reader the day you order it, whereas if you decide to go the Amazon route you have to wait until they ship it out.
This discount is only eligible for residents of the United States, Staples Canada is not discounting any Kindle products.
