Ployer China has come up with a new e-book reader – the G6Touch. E-reader it is but the G6Touch isn’t just limited to that for the e-book reader can also double up as a Portable Media Player as well.
Up front is a 7 inch touchscreen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. As far as its e-book reading credentials are concerned, the G6Touch is compliant with a wide range of e-book formats like PDF, ePUB, PDB, HTML, UMD, CHM and so on. Then the e-reader also includes features like Text To Speech which means the device will read aloud the book if you so wish. The G6Touch also offers a USB port for added convenience.
The combo device is also capable of playing back 1080p video and supports file types like MKV, MOV, AVI, FLV, MP4, DAT, VOB. Then it supports audio files of the type MP3, WMA, WAV etc.
