Tolino Vision 4HD is Available Now

Tolino has just announced a brand new e-reader that is hitting store shelves just in time for the holiday season. The Tolino Vision 4HD raises the bar and brings a number of enhancements that are sure to impress.

The Tolino Vision 4HD features a six inch e-ink Carta display with a resolution of 1448 x 1072 and 300 PPI. The touchscreen interface is completely flush with the bezel, which makes interacting with it far more easier than a sunken bezel. The screen is also waterproof, which means you will be able to literally take it anywhere and read e-books to your hearts content.

This e-reader is doing something different with their front-lit display. They have added in new technology called “smart light” which switches from cold light in the morning to warm light in the evening. This is the same type of blue light filtering system that Kobo developed with the Aura One.

Underneath the hood is a 1GHZ processor, 512MB of RAM, 8 GB of internal memory and an SD card to enhance the storage even further.

Tolino is also shipping their brand new e-reader with a new Micro USB to USB reversible cable. This will make it easy to plug into your PC to recharge it or to use a wall charger.
