Kodansha Comics is well known in the industry for producing some of the most iconic manga. You may have heard of Sailor Moon, Akira, Attack on Titan or Fairy Tale. Well today, Comixology signed a deal with Kodansha to immediately bring 350 Kodansha titles with more to come.
Comixology has promised that new digital releases will be available the same time as print. Right now, Sailor Moon and Akira aren’t available, but you can get 10 volumes of Mushishi, 49 volumes of Fairy Tail and 16 volumes of Attack on Titan. You can also read emerging series such as Say “I love you”., Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches, The Seven Deadly Sins, Sankarea, Love Hina, A Silent Voice, Inuyashiki, and My Little Monster, among others.
It is great to see Comixology branching out into digital manga, since there are scant options in North America aside from Crunchyroll Manga and Viz Media.
