The HP TouchPad might be officially down but definitely not the WebOS platform on which the TouchPad is based on. In fact, so overwhelming has been the response to the 6-Pack app offer that the company itself were taken by surprise. The codes were all gone within hours in much the same manner as the TouchPads themselves vanished from store shelves. As usual, there were many who had failed to make the most and were left out of the fun. But here is another chance to make up for that as HP has announced another round of 6-Pack app offers. HP mentions 4 of the 6 apps are completely new while 2 are those that were part of the first 6-Pack app offer.
However, the codes this time are different than those from the first round, which means it is the new codes are to be used when downloading. This apart, there are few more things that TouchPad users have to be wary of. US citizens are the privileged lot as far as the promo codes are concerned, as none of those are valid for anyone living outside the US. HP has said those will be made available to a wider user base soon. Also, the TouchPad needs to be running the latest system software and App Catalog to ensure a trouble free downloading procedure.

With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
