Today our website hit a milestone with our expansive selection of Android Apps converted to work with the Blackberry Playbook. We now have over 400 apps available in the Good e-Reader App Store and are all free for download.
Ever since the Playbook Os2 update hit the scene about a month ago it has spurned a ton of interested in the Playbook. Until the new iteration of the operating system hit, the Playbook was admittedly fairly woeful. One of the largest facets of the device now is the Android emulator. This allows you to load in your own Android apps that have been converted to the Playbook exclusive BAR format.
Our app store features over 400 Playbook and 350 Android apps available to download. We have our own Client app you can download on either platforms that give you a sense of when new games and apps are released and be notified of updates. Of course, our web based stores is organized fairly well and has many of the most popular apps that are out on either platform. The Playbook App Store is fairly abysmal in terms of quality content, so we fill the void offering the programs you want, but aren’t available. Of course, if you are new to side loading in your own apps on the Playbook we have excellent video tutorials and instructions HERE.
