The Wi-Fi only Motorola XOOM has been provided with a slight price adjustment so that buyers aspiring to own on of this will now have to fork out £479. Dixons, the electronics chain currently offering the XOOM in the UK had earlier announced the Honeycomb tablet would cost twenty more at £499. Sure the price difference isn’t anything to cry hoarse about but it sure is welcome.
Shipping schedule remains the same as the 9th of April which is on Saturday. Price for the corresponding 3G / 4G version of the XOOM will however remain the same at £599 which is the price that that Carphone Warehouse is selling the tablet for. Also, since the discount meted out to the Wi-Fi XOOM isn’t a considerable one, it would be futile to expect anything similar for the 3g / 4G version.

With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
