What you are looking above is believed to be what the PlayBook will look like in a few months from now. There are hardly any changes to the tablet’s exterior that RIM has planned, so that the new upgraded PlayBook is expected to be almost entirely about enhanced internals. There is going to be an uprated 1.5 GHz TI OMAP 4460 dual core processor that will replace the 1 GHz OMAP 4 dual core processor that currently powers the 7 inch tablet. Another key feature of the new upcoming PlayBook is that it will be 4G capable and will also boast of Near Field Communication or NFC.
However, we don’t know for sure when the tablet will reach markets and what it will cost when it eventually does. However, that it will be quite on the other side of $199 is almost a surety, though RIM should also be wise enough by now to be aware of the importance of playing the price card well.

With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
