Notion Ink has moved offices to a more launcher space in Bangalore India and have just participated in the Indian “Pooja” ceremony. This little shin dig is a request of the Gods for future success. Which is why you see the Notion Ink Adam all dressed up with someplace to go (and soon).
Notion Inks CEO Rohan Shravan mentioned on his blog last week that there were a lot of internal meetings debating the merits of launching their Tablet PC with Gingerbread 3.0 or Froyo 2.2. It seems that Notion Ink is now officially launching with Google Android 2.2 and will upgrade the operating system a few months after the release.
Their main intention, since the device is near completion to launch the tablet as is, to maintain the investors mandate and ship the device before November.
The Notion Ink Adam will be released with the second generation Nvidia Tegra Chipset. With two types of screens, one LCD and one Dual Mode Pixel QI. The UI will be customized and will have full HD compliance, as well as an HDMI Port.
