Here is some good news for those who have rooted their Eee Pad Transformers. They are just a hack away from watching all the media Netflix has to offer. They would have to install Netflix and an unofficial patch which would get them on the XDA Developers forum. This patch makes the application work normally while preventing flagging of rooted installs. However, as it usually is with unofficial content, there is no guarantee for the patch to work and it is at their own risk that users are warned to proceed.
Among the other requisites include the latest version of Netflix, while the fix is confirmed to have been tested on Android 3.1 with Prime 1.5, though users have stated that Prime 1.6 and 1.4 have also proved to be equally effective. Also, it is the Netflix APK that is to be used and not the one available at the official site.
There also are contradictory reports coming in of the fix working for some and not for others in Canada which can perhaps be an issue between Netflix app and the hacking software of the Transformer.

With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
