The 4G capable Galaxy Tab 7.7 tablet device is what the market is going to get in a few weeks time with Verizon being the carrier partner. Pricing details of the gadget though has not been announced as yet.
Specifications wise, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a 1.4 GHz dual core processor at its heart. The display unit is based on Super AMOLED technology and boasts of a high-definition 720p (1280 × 800) resolution. The tablet has 16 GB of internal storage capacity and comes fitted with two cameras, with the front being of 2 megapixel and the rear one of 3 megapixel. Other features include Infrared blaster, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth and DLNA support. As far as software goes the tablet runs on Android 3.2 while having TouchWiz loaded along with a number of other security related applications like Mobile Device Management (MDM), on-device Encryption and Virtual Private Network (VPN). The tablet features native support for email, calendar and contact as well.
