We reported a few months ago that Nigerian firm Encipher is developing a new Tablet called the Inye. They have announced today that they are working on a second more affordable tablet PC.
The main difference between the orginal Inye and the new tablet is the internal Hardrive would be 4Gb and the RAM is 256MB, and there will not be a webcam. Every other thing remains the same.
The specs are as follows:

Power: 2600mAh battery, capable of providing 3hrs of browsing time and 4hrs of movies. Total of 6 hours battery life

Also, for software development firms Encipher will be releasing their custom SDK for people interested in purchasing a bulk order. This way you can test your android applications before you purchase many units of the device.
