Time Inc announced today that all 21 of its major magazines will be available on the iPad by the end of the year. These issues not only will be available on the Apple iPad, but also on the Hp TouchPad, Android Tablets and the Nook Color.
InStyle, Real Simple, and Entertainment Weekly will join magazines already available for the iPad and other platforms, including titles such as People, Time, Sports Illustrated, and Fortune.
Time is offering a myriad of digital options such as a long term subscription to get your digital issue every month. They are also offering a combined print and digital subscription, to get the best of both worlds. If you just want to try it out or not commit to the longterm, you can simply buy single issues.
Time’s digital strategy is paying off on the iPad! The company has stated it sold over 600,000 issues so far and Entertainment Weekly‘s “Must List” for the iPad, has been downloaded more than 11 million times.
