Good news for those who have been waiting for the Wi-Fi only version of the Motorola XOOM. The Android 3.0 tablet is currently available for pre-order in the United States at B&H. Of course there is reason to look forward to the XOOM tablet PC and the most obvious is the price advantage that the Wi-Fi only version has over its 3G counterpart. At $599, the Wi-Fi Motorola XOOM is a whole $200 less than the full blown 3G XOOM though both remains essentially the same feature wise.
However, there is no mention either from Motorola itself or B&H as to when the XOOM will eventually ship. There has also been news of Staples too coming in to offer the Wi-Fi XOOM where the shipping date has been mentioned as March 27. Also, B&H is likely to be getting only limited quantities of the XOOM, which means its only the early birds that will have their pre-orders honored. The good news though is that there are no shipping charges involved.

With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
