Bigme was supposed to release the Hibreak Pro black and white e-paper screen and the Hibreak Pro Color with a Kaleido 3 color e-paper screen. However, they only released the traditional BW e-paper screen, which many people are happy with. The Hibreak Pro Color will not come out anytime soon and will likely hit the market towards the end of the year. This is a severe blow to anyone who wants a color  EINK smartphone to be their daily driver.

The black and white version of the Hibreak Pro has been a success, the company sold 10,000 units so far, and they are currently sold out on the official Bigme retail store. They are taking pre-orders, and there is no date for shipping it out. The specs are impressive, with a 300 PPI screen, 8GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage, Dimensity 1080, Octa-core, 2.4GHz processor, Android 14, and Google Play. The only difference with the Hibreak Pro Color is that it will have a Kaleido 3 e-paper display with 150 PPI and 4096 colors.

The main reason the Hibreak Pro Color is delayed is that the company has several other products in its pipeline. They will be releasing a Kaleido 3 13.3-inch dedicated monitor and are producing another batch of the HiBreak Pro, not to mention the B7, which just came out. The company is likely tapped out of cash because it is all invested in production.
