Read an eBook Day is a celebration of modern storytelling. It is run primarily run by Overdrive, but many other companies are taking part. Be a part of the festivities and join the conversation on what you’re reading and why you love eBooks. You can use the hashtag #eBookLove on social media to join in on the fun.
Overdrive is hoping libraries all over the world will organize parties and get people who normally checkout ebooks to visit the branch for a change. Overdrive is giving away a series of $1,000 content credit prizes to libraries and schools who share their celebrations on social media. To be eligible to win all you have to do is share photos, comments or videos on any social media channel and use the hashtag.
