In celebration of back to school season, Scholastic is giving away five free ebooks via its Storia app. This includes a special-edition of Clifford the Big Red Dog e-book in honor of the franchise’s 50th birthday, which will be celebrated this month. Currently the free app is available for iOS and Android.
“Back-to-school is a time of many firsts, from the first day of school to the first bus ride, and we want to help teachers and the children in their classes start to build their first digital ebook library with Storia this year,” said Dani Nadel, Chief Digital Marketing Officer for Scholastic Book Clubs and e-Commerce. “With five free ebooks and a chance to win more books or an iPad, we hope to see every child start back-to-school with access to quality books that will motivate and encourage them to read every day, a critical practice to build skills and learn to love to read.”
