E-Ink is best known for their e-paper technology that powers the Kindle, Kobo and Nook e-readers. Over the last two years the company has been diversifying their portfolio and trying to break into new markets. They have developed supermarket price tags, luggage tags and even road signs. In order to have more control over the manufacturing process of their entire tag division, e-Ink has just partnered with Weifeng. Via the partnership, E Ink will benefit from Weifeng’s services in manufacturing and marketing and will assist Weifeng in e-paper product development and technology support.
