We just reported today that starting next week that the Kobo e-Reader will be available at over 2500 locations at Wallmart starting next week. We now have news that the Barnes and Noble Nook will be available as well next week.
Barnes and Noble has a special event planned next week, where it is to be expected they will announce the Nook 2 e-Reader. Starting October 24 2010, over 2500 Wallmart Locations in the USA will begin to offer both the Nook WIFI and the original Nook 3G.
Its good news that the Nook will be available at other retail outlets rather then Bestbuy and Barnes and Noble bookstores. Allot of small towns may lack a Bestbuy or a B&N bookstore, but most have one, or live near one.
