The 7 inch tablet is currently available on pre-order with sales slated to begin from November 22. The company also announced five additional sales point that will be accepting pre-orders apart from Amazon. These are Sears.com, Newegg.com, PCMall.com, Walmart.com and MicroCenter.com.
The eLocity A7 also carries a unique distinction of being the first tablet device to go on sale in the US running the latest Android 2.2 Froyo. This apart, among the other important specifications of the eLocity A7 include a seven inch capacitive multi-touch display having a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. The tablet has the power of a NVIDIA Tegra T-250 dual core processor and also includes a 4 GB high speed internal flash memory.
