The Remarkable is a very solid digital note taking device. When you order it directly through the company it comes from China and takes about a week to be delivered anywhere in North America. You can now order the Remarkable directly from Amazon, but it is not Prime eligible so it will take just as long to ship. Amazon is currently charging $599 US for the Remarkable, but if you buy it from the company directly, you can get it for $499. I think this might the cheapest they have ever offered it.
When the Remarkable goes back to the normal price, Amazon might be a more viable option for people who live in the United States. Amazon customer service is amazing and will refund the difference if the price of the product decreases, but Remarkable will not do this if you order it directly through them.
