There are three different e-readers that have the 10th generation designation. The Amazon Kindle Paperwhite 4, Kindle Oasis 3 and the Kindle 9. This comparison will take a look at all of the unique features they bring to the table and what one might be best for you.
The entry level 10th Generation Kindle 9 has been refreshed with some pretty compelling features. It has a brand new E Ink Carta display, whereas all of the other basic Kindles employed E Ink Pearl, which came out in 2010. It also has a front-lit display, which means you can read in the dark, worth the money for people new to e-readers or are on a budget.
The Amazon Kindle Paperwhite 4 is a reason to upgrade from older models. This device brings a number of notable features to the table, such as high resolution display, that is completely flush with the bezel and it is waterproof. It has Bluetooth functionality, so you can purchase Audible audiobooks and listen to them on your wireless headphones.
The third generation Amazon Kindle Oasis 3 is the best model the company has ever made. The big selling points is that it has a color temperature system that adds orange LED lights and helps mute the front-lit display. Otherwise it is not much different than the previous generation model.
