We pit two of the top selling devices against each other to see which one warrants our seal of approval. Of course we are checking out the Amazon Kindle Fire, which is the top selling Android Tablet, and the iPad 3rd generation.
Amazon and Apple have two very extensive ecosystems and bear a number of similarities with each other. The two companies are very particular about what apps are accepted into their own app stores, which puts an emphasis on quality. If you love reading, both of these devices provide unique experiences with magazines, comics, eBooks, and other types of media.
