Enspert has been in the news with an Android tablet earlier in the year though it was Android 2.2 Froyo that the Korean company was seen flaunting in its new tablet then. Cut short to almost the middle of the year and its once again in tablet limelight. However, fortunately, the company is now wise enough this time round to have on board Android Honeycomb on the latest tablet they have come up with.
So while the Identity Tab E201 sporting a 7 inch display and running Android 2.2 made for a credible alternative to the Samsung Galaxy Tab incidentally also running Android Froyo, the new Identity Tab E401 has grown in both scope, size and functionality to start a whole new chapter for the company in the hotly contested tablet segment. However, while details of the Identity Tab E401 isn’t flowing freely, what has come out in the open is pointing out to something that will a big leap from the E201. Like it will have both WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity options, a T-DMB digital TV tuner (which is likely to be Korea specific feature), and a 1024 x 600 pixel display.
Also, the Identity Tab E401 will be one more in the growing class of 8.9 inch sized tablet while with Honeycomb in the scene, the tablet will surely have the power of dual core processor. The resolution though is a bit less than the 1280 x 800 pixel that most Honeycomb laced tablets till now boasts of. The Identity Tab E401 is expected to go on sale in July. Also, interestingly, its Samsung, Lg and now Enspert, all Korea based companies that have announced or have launched 8.9 inch sized tablet.

With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
