It was at CREATEC forum held in Japan last month that the world had first got a whiff of a new tablet PC coming from Toshiba. And now, it is at the VISIT 2010 event in Germany that we have a clearer idea of what to expect from the Japanese electronics major with over two decades of experience in the development of slate and tablet devices.
Unfortunately, not much is known of the tablet PC and from the very few bits and pieces that has emerged of the tablet, what we can conclude is that the tablet will be in the 10 inch category of tablets and run Windows 7 operating system. Also, its likely to be made for use in the enterprise sector world wide.
While, this comes as a nice break from the steady stream of 7 inch tablets from various quarters with almost all of them running Android OS, what would have been even more better if we got to have some insight into the device. Thankfully, the new year is not too far away and we might catch up with some more details at the upcoming CES scheduled to be held in early January.
Till then, here is a video that can take care of your curiosity a bit.

With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
