Here is something of a believe-it-or-not sort of thing though in today’s fast paced world where something as basic as survival is at stake at all times, it shouldn’t be much of a surprise. T-Mobile is willing to slash $100 off the price of the G-Slate tablet. The only requirement – you got to ask for it. The thing goes like this:
T-Mobile, the official carrier of the LG tablet in the US had come out recently with a special promotional offer and all those who had signed up for it are eligible for the special $100 discount. At least, that is what T-Mobile had meant when it sent out the the promo code ‘GSLATE100‘. Now the code was supposed to be confidential and T-Mobile has wanted only those whom it had sent out the mail to be eligible for the rebate. Alas, things worked out in much a different manner so that the special code is now a public property.
However, you got to have a few things right in order to claim the rebate. To begin with, you need to be the subscriber of an existing voice plan or are willing to be one. Then you will also be required to sign up for the 2 year data plan announced earlier. So if you think you satisfy all these, you can then proceed with the call and mention the code – GSLATE100 to be the proud owner of the world’s first 3D enabled tablet running Android Honeycomb. Let’s also hope T-Mobile does not withdraw the offer now that it has lost its exclusivity. The offer is supposed to last till April 27th.
Also, the G-Slate’s original price as announced earlier is $529.99 subject to agreeing to the 2 year data plan. However, the cost will go up to $729.99 if you opt for a monthly data plan.

With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
