We reported earlier on that the Google Android Market would be rolling out today with a brand new web based interface. If you have a Tablet PC or phone you can now get theĀ the market via the application.
The Google Android Market is the best source for Android applications bar none. Many people like to surf the internet while at home or work with the tablet not in their hands. The new Web based app store can push downloads to your tablet or phone now and you can download anything you want. It has a new feature on the web based platform called “my market” which allows you to see the devices you have paired with the market.
Google has also announced that the web based version of the market will soon support in-app purchases. This means you can do micro-payments, much akin to how the iPad works with in-game credits or added bonus content. Although the market had this feature for awhile, it was exclusive to the Paypal API. This new feature should be rolling out very soon, developers are visibly excited about this.
If you fancy getting Flash, Gmail, Google Maps, Facebook, Twitter and a ton of other applications check out the Google Web Based Market HERE.
