The HP TouchPad continues to see a massive community effort to bring the Google Android operating system to replace webOS. The big movement right now is to port over Ice Cream Sandwich to the platform and we have a new video showing off some of the new features.
The new initiative to bring Ice Cream Sandwich over to everyone’s favorite $99 tablet is entitled CyanogenMod 9. The current build is working fine, but still needs a ton of work to be ready for prime time. The big issues plaguing the project right now is video playback and the camera.
