MSI has launched the 2 budget tablets as promised, and the price makes the product quite lucrative. With both priced below the 15K mark, what you get is the Enjoy 10 with a 10 inch display and the Enjoy 7 with (quite predictably) a 7 inch sized touchscreen.
As for the individual tablets, the Enjoy 10 comes with a 10 inch capacitive touchscreen having a resolution of 1024 x 768 and an aspect ratio of 4:3. The Enjoy 10 tips the scales at 795 gms and is priced at Rs. 14,999.
Similarly, the Enjoy 7 features a 7 inch sized capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels with an aspect ratio of 16:9. The Enjoy 7 also carries the unique distinction of being the world’s lightest tablet PC, weighing in at just 395 gms while having a sticker price of Rs. 13,999.
These apart, other features of the tablet, which are identical for both, the two versions of the Enjoy include:
1.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A8 processor coupled to a 512 MB DDR3 RAM
Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread operating system
4 GB internal storage
MicroSD card support which can add another 32 GB
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.1
2 megapixel camera at the front and back
Compliant with Adobe Flash 10.1
Ambient light sensor, E-Compass, Vibration, Accelerometer with GPS as an option
Mini-USB, mini-HDMI, 3.5 mm 2 in 1 headphone + microphone jack

Eric Kuo, the general manager at MSI India, had this to say of the latest company offering, “Enjoy series has been designed keeping the ultimate end-user in mind; it offers productivity while on the go and, provides more ways to have fun and connect with friends. Whether surfing the web or even enjoying the latest hit movies.”
MSI has said they are looking to achieve sales of at least 10,000 of the Enjoys tablets in India before Diwali. Also, the 3G versions of the Enjoys with GPS would be launched the end of the year.
With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in the world of technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles as well, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. Motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot and maybe I’ll make a film sometime in the future.
