For a break from the big names from the world of tablets, the France based company Archos that has been showering us with various sized tablets is in the news again. This time, its an 8 inch sized tablet that has shifted the focus back on Archos. Named Arnova A80KSC, the tablet is interesting for its dimension for this is perhaps the first tablet with a 8 inch display. Another thing about the Arnova that is worth mentioning is its aspect ratio, which at 4:3 is a break from the almost industry standard 16:9 display that nearly all tablets of recent times come with. This will make the Arnova great for reading e-books and other digital content though not for watching widescreen video.
However, there is very little that is known of the tablet. Except that it will be launched next month, will be Android based and will have a weight of about half a kilo despite an all metal body. More on this is awaited.

With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
