Great news for the people wishing they had an Adam in their hands as soon as possible! Notion Ink has confirmed that pre-orders for their Adam Tablet will begin at the beginning of December.
Notion Ink has said in a statement today that the Adam will begin to ship as early as Christmas and if they do not meet that deadline they said they will have finished products to debut at CES in early January.
We have confirmed reports in terms of the final pricing for the Notion Ink Adam, from its CEO Rohan Shravan. It seems that four versions of Adam will be launched: each will use NVIDIA’s Tegra 2, but there will be Pixel Qi and LCD models and a choice of WiFi-only or WiFi and 3G. The LCD version will cost $399 for the WiFi-only and $449 for the WIFI and 3G model, while the Pixel Qi version will cost $449 for the WiFi-only and $498 for the 3G model.
The FCC has approved the Notion Ink Adam charging adapter and have claimed that the Adam will hit most countries either in December or January.
