Apple has proven itself to once again be the worlds most valuable brand according to Interbrand’s annual report. Apple has held the number one position since 2013 and they have demonstrated stronger brand loyalty and more sales than Amazon.
Apple is currently valued at $170 billion by the consultancy, while Google’s is estimated at $120 billion; the figures represent respective increases of 43 and 12 percent. Amazon is at the 10th position based on the growth of their AWS cloud platform which powers Netflix, Instagram and thousands of other companies. The company basically runs the entire e-book industry with a massive 75% market share of the US market and a 95% controlling interest in the United Kingdom. The Kindle, is the most well known e-reader in the world.
I guess this report really demonstrates that the iPad is more successful than the entire line of the Kindle e-reader and Fire tablets combined.
