This October, a new 9.7 inch tablet with 3G capability is going to hit the market in India. Pantel Technologies, the makers of the new tablet, have yet to reveal the pricing structure, but it is expected to be financially competitive. The company already has a tie-up with state telecom operator BSNL for various 3G data plans.
“We are working on a host of products. We are planning 3G 9.7 inch model with a dual core processor which will be launched by October this year,” said Pantel Technologies Managing Director Vijender Singh.
There have been quite a few budget tablets launched in India and Pantel will have to offer superior computing at competitive prices to appeal to the customer base.
With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
