YIFANG, the China based company has come up with an array of Android based devices which they have proudly displayed at the just concluded CEATEC in Japan. The Yifang booth at the CEATEC played host to quite a few e-readers as well as tablets running Android 2.1 with some of them making the oft quoted claim of being ‘iPad like device.’
However, of all the devices that YIFANG had come with, the Android e-reader M703 has been particularly liked by showgoers as well as technical experts. Its spec sheet includes all that matters, such as integrated g-sensor, speaker, GPS, as well as a camera. For connecting to the outside world, the device includes Wi-Fi, 3G, as well as Bluetooth.
The other show stealer at the YIFANG camp has been the M707 – a tablet device with a 7 inch resistive touch sensitive screen and running Android 2.1. The tablet incorporates the unique Smart Pen technology that is powered by Pegasus and promises to convert anything that is written on a block note into a corresponding digital note.
And of course the M707 come loaded with the usual tablet goodies like Wi-Fi, 3G, G-Sensor and so on and is also known to be capable of playing back 720p quality video.
Sure we will come to know more of these if they ever enter the world scene, if ever it does, that is.
With a keen interest in tech, I make it a point to keep myself updated on the latest developments in technology and gadgets. That includes smartphones or tablet devices but stretches to even AI and self-driven automobiles, the latter being my latest fad. Besides writing, I like watching videos, reading, listening to music, or experimenting with different recipes. The motion picture is another aspect that interests me a lot, and I'll likely make a film sometime in the future.
