The Amazon Kindle Voyage originally came out in 2014 and it this particular model might be discontinued. The only version currently in stock is the WIFI Edition with Special Offers, every other model is no longer available and there is no scheduled date when it will be back in stock.
The Voyage used to be Amazon’s most expensive flagship e-reader, but it eventually lost its relevance when the Kindle Oasis was released and then the second generation version with Audible support came out last year, the Voyage was already four years old.
I think Amazon should discontinue the Voyage, their portfolio is getting cluttered with too many devices and it is hampering the development of new firmware updates. They should only have the entry level Kindle, the mid-tier Kindle Paperwhite and the highend Kindle Oasis 2.
