Onyx Boox has been making e-readers for 10 years and the company has a number of e-readers they are currently selling. This includes the MAX2, MAX2 PRO, Nova Pro, Poke, Poke Pro, Note, Note Lite, Note Plus and the Note Pro. Good e-Reader is an authorized distributor of Onyx Boox, and you can order all of these models in our online shop.
The Poke, Poke Pro, Note Lite are e-readers that run Android and do not have any note taking functionality. The price is competitive with products from Amazon or Kobo, because there is no WACOM screen, which drives down the total cost. The Poke Pro is likely the best e-reader of the bunch because it has a 300 PPI screen, 2GB of RAM and a quad-core processor. It makes running Android apps very snappy.
The MAX2, MAX Pro, Nova Pro, Note Pro and Note Plus are digital note taking devices that have a WACOM screen and a stylus. This allows you to draw, create art or edit PDF files. All of these readers run Android 6.0 and come in varying screen sizes. I would recommend the MAX2 Pro black edition if you are looking for a 13.3 inch device that can read A5 documents. If you are looking for something a bit smaller the Note Pro has been selling like hotcakes and has a 10.3 inch screen. On a budget? The Nova Pro is probably your best bet.
