Barnes and Noble Slashes the Price on Nook Tablet and Nook Color

Barnes and Noble is preparing to unleash the Nook Tablet HD and HD+ next week and the company is reducing the prices on the previous models. Beginning tomorrow, customers will be able to purchase the NOOK Tablet 8GB for just $159, the NOOK Tablet 16GB for $179, and the NOOK Color for $139 at nearly 700 Barnes & Noble stores and hundreds of Barnes & Noble College Bookstores, online at, and through other leading retailers offering NOOK products.
