In this Good e-Reader Video Comparison, we check out the Sony PRS-T2 and Kobo Glo e-Readers. The primary reason why we did this video was to show you the primarily differences between these two devices. We look at the main reading experience and the various factors that they bring to the tablet. Highlights, annotations, dictionaries, and ebooks are the main aspects we test out. If you are into PDFs, both of these handle them quite differently, and we show you the full experience and how high resolution images look.
Really, with the glowing functionality aside, both of these e-readers handle the entire process of reading books you download from the internet or buy from other stores. The primary book reading format is both EPUB and PDF, these are two of the most accessible types of books sold online. Sony is well known for the ability to handle PDF images and enjoys robust re-flow options. The Glo is no slouch either. It has a very unique way to scroll around a document and gives you a small window pane that helps you orientate where you are in the PDF.
